Utah offers various government grants and down payment assistance programs to help prospective homebuyers. These programs are available through federal, state, county, and city agencies, as well as some lenders.

Grants provide funds to cover or assist with your down payment and closing costs, making homeownership more accessible.

Little or no down payment options allow you to finance your down payment and sometimes even cover closing costs if the seller doesn't pay them. These alternatives are beneficial if grants are not available or if you do not qualify for a grant.
